Apartment Home Properties, Inc. was created in 1991 to provide professional property management services for investment groups sponsored by Atlanta based Felker Properties, Inc; and other clients of  Felker Properties. 

Apartment Home Properties offers a full scope of property management services including property inspection, market reviews and other due diligence investigations. We also provide rehab contract planning and supervision, in addition to accounting services and owner reporting systems.

Mr. Stoll has more than 25 years of experience in the professional real estate management industry.  His proven track record is in the repositioning of multifamily housing.   Prior to joining Apartment Home Properties in 1996, he was a Vice President with LEDIC Management Group in charge of more than 1800 apartment units in 4 states.   From 1983  until 1994 he was the operating officer for an Atlanta based real estate syndicator, managing commercial, retail and residential investment properties. He previously held the position of  Regional Director for Krupp Realty Management, Boston, Massachusetts from 1978 until 1983.   Mr. Stoll has a B.A. degree from Dowling College.

Prior to joining Apartment Home Properties, Mr. LaRosa was the Southern Zone Controller for a $200 million manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice.  In this capacity he supervised 20 individuals and was responsible for inventory audits and cash management.  From 1975 until 1996 he was a financial specialist with Lockheed Martin where he was responsible for cost analysis, adherence to budgets, and work performance analysis.  During his career, Mr. LaRosa has worked on the finance side of the aerospace industry where he was responsible for cost analysis as well as an accounting project manager.  Mr. LaRosa has a B.S. degree from State University of New York and has taken MBA courses at Rochester Institute of Technology and the State University of New York.
